This week we thought we would bring you something a little different. We love this recent Crossgates bathroom installation with herringbone feature tiles.
It’s always exciting when a customer has a vision and we can work with them to bring it to life. This customer saw a bathroom that she liked on Pinterest and we were able to work with her to source everything that she liked or a very close alternative.
Herringbone has been the must-have pattern for the last year or so, and it’s a trend that isn’t going anywhere! It’s an interesting layout, and a nice change from traditional brick-bond or linear patterns. It injects a bit of character into a room, and actually has vintage qualities, since it’s a layout with its roots in period times! This herringbone effect is often put to good use with wood-effect plank tiles on the floor or metro tiles on the walls.
This bathroom has gone from ordinary to extraordinary. The original bathroom looked bland and basic in comparison to the high-end look of the updated installation. The marble tile combined with the herringbone feature tile is simply stunning. The LED bath lights also add a touch of luxury. Absolutely gorgeous!!
